We provide moving and transport services in Prague and the EU for Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking clients.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:
2.1 Data you provide directly
- Name
- Phone number
- WhatsApp contact
- Description of your request (address, items to move, date/time)
- If you comment on a blog article: your name, e-mail address, website (optional) and the text of your comment. Your name and comment are published; your e-mail address is not. WordPress also stores the IP address and browser of the person posting the comment, to protect against spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the comment section (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep comments for as long as they are published; you can ask us to remove yours at any time.
We do not store sensitive data.
2.2 Automatically collected data
We measure visits to this website ourselves, without cookies. For each visit we record the pages you visit and when; where you came from (the referring website, such as Google, ChatGPT or a map listing; campaign parameters in the link; and advertising click identifiers such as Google’s gclid); your browser’s user-agent string (browser, operating system and device type); your country (determined from your IP address by Cloudflare, through which the website is delivered); whether you interacted with the page (scrolling, tapping, clicking or typing); and clicks on the WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, e-mail and call buttons.
Our own measurement does not store your IP address. Together with your browser’s user-agent string it is converted into a pseudonymous code using a random key that exists only for that day and is deleted the next day. After that, the code can no longer be traced back to your IP address, and codes from different days cannot be linked to each other. Separately from our measurement, our hosting provider (WEDOS) and Cloudflare process your IP address to deliver the pages to you and may keep it for a limited time in technical logs that protect the website against attacks.
On our advertising landing pages (addresses starting with /p/) we record the visit and clicks on the WhatsApp and call buttons together with the time, the page version, the advertising click identifier (gclid) and your browser’s user-agent string, but not your IP address. We report these clicks to Google Ads to measure the results of our advertising.
On the rest of the website (the /p/ landing pages never load Google tags), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and through it Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the CookieYes consent banner, are loaded only: (1) if the address you arrive at contains a Google Ads click identifier or Google Ads campaign parameters, normally because you clicked our Google Ads advertisement; (2) if your current visit, or an earlier visit on the same day with the same pseudonymous code (same IP address, or for IPv6 the same network part of the address, and same browser), started from our Google Ads advertisement; this can also apply to another device with the same IP address and an identical browser, for example on a shared Wi-Fi network; (3) if your browser already holds a Google Ads click cookie (_gcl_aw, _gcl_gb or _gcl_ag) from an earlier visit; Google sets these cookies only after your consent, and they normally expire after 90 days; (4) as a technical safeguard, for any visitor, if our own measurement fails or does not respond within 2.5 seconds. GA4 and GTM then collect:
- IP address (anonymized)
- Device type and browser
- Pages visited
- Clicks on WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber buttons and on links to other websites, how far you scroll a page, use of forms (such as the comment form), searches on the site and file downloads
- Only with your consent: contact details you type into a form on this website (for example your e-mail address in the comment form), which Google receives in hashed (encoded) form to measure the results of advertising; if you are signed in to a Google account with ad personalisation switched on, Google may also link this data to that account (Google signals). With your consent, Google Analytics can also recognise you as the same visitor when you move between this website and our Czech website stehovaniprofi.cz.

2.3 Cookies
Our own measurement sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; it only checks whether a Google Ads click cookie (see 2.2) or a WordPress login cookie of our administrators is already present. Whenever Google Tag Manager is loaded (see 2.2), we use CookieYes CMP to manage consent.
Analytics and marketing cookies load only after consent. Without consent, Google Analytics runs in a limited mode without cookies; it can still receive signals, for example when you click a WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber button.
On blog articles with a comment form, Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection) may set its own cookie. If you tick “Save my name, email, and website in this browser” when commenting, WordPress stores these details in cookies in your browser. When the consent banner is shown, CookieYes stores a random consent ID and your choice in a necessary cookie (cookieyes-consent).
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your personal data for:
- Providing transport and moving services
- Responding to your WhatsApp messages or calls
- Creating price estimates
- Communication before and during the service
- Improving website performance and user experience (analytics)
- Measuring the results of our Google Ads advertising
- Showing relevant advertising (Google Ads), only with your consent
- Protecting the website and the comment form against attacks, fraud and spam
We do not sell your personal data. For marketing purposes we share data only with Google, to measure the results of our Google Ads advertising and, with your consent, to show relevant advertising (see sections 2.2 and 6).
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data based on:
- Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract (providing services)
- Article 6(1)(c) — legal obligation (accounting, invoices and tax records)
- Article 6(1)(a) — your consent (Google Analytics and advertising cookies, relevant advertising)
- Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (fraud prevention and site security; spam protection of the comment form; cookie-free measurement of website traffic; displaying our pages, including images of blog articles loaded from an external provider; measuring the results of our Google Ads advertising, including reporting to Google Ads the contact-button clicks of visitors who came from our advertisement)
5. Data Retention
- Contact data (WhatsApp, phone): up to 12 months, only for service-related communication.
- Address and job details: deleted after the job is completed, except data on invoices and other accounting documents, which we keep for the periods required by law (usually several years).
- Analytics data (GA4): stored by Google for 2–14 months, depending on configuration. Our own cookie-free measurement data and the records from our advertising landing pages: up to 25 months (deleted in whole calendar months). The daily key for the pseudonymous code is deleted the next day.
You may request deletion at any time.
6. Sharing of Data
We only share data with:
- WhatsApp (when you contact us)
- Google: Analytics/Tag Manager in the cases described in section 2.2; Google Ads, to which we report the contact-button clicks of visitors who came from our advertisement (advertising click identifier and time of the click); and Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the comment form on blog articles from spam (it receives your IP address and browser details when you open those articles).
- Web hosting provider (WEDOS) for technical hosting
- Cloudflare, through whose network the website is delivered (it processes your IP address and tells our measurement your country)
- CookieYes (consent banner), in the cases described in section 2.2
- Supabase, which hosts the images of some blog articles (it receives your IP address and browser details when you open them)
- Payment processor when paying by card (terminal provider)
- Accountant or tax adviser, where needed for invoices and accounting records
We do not share personal data with any other third parties.
Some providers may process data outside the EU. In such cases we use standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

We protect data using:

- IP anonymization in GA4; our own measurement never stores IP addresses
No payment data is stored on our website.
9. WhatsApp Communication
By messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to WhatsApp’s privacy terms.
We do not export or share your WhatsApp data outside service communication.
